The Chairman of MSCA, Ts Dr Raslan Ahmad is one of the panelist for the Main Forum – Dialogue on International Cooperation in the Digital Economy – The Future Pattern of AI Big Models which @ GDEC 2023 which was held at National Convention Center, Beijing. The session explored on the adoption of AI initiatives across federal, local, and state governments requires coordination and cooperation, exemplified by projects like “smart energy” that require collaborative efforts to achieve success.
