The Malaysian Industry-Government Group for High Technology (MIGHT) with joint effort Kementerian Perumahan dan Kerajaan Tempatan (KPKT), Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN), TNB Research Sdn. Bhd (TNBR) and Perbadanan Teknologi Hijau Melaka (PTHM) organized a launching event called “Projek Kesedaran & Demonstrasi Grid Pintar” in Melaka. The purpose of the event was to give exposure to all stakeholders especially in the public sector, industry player from various community to the importance of the smart grid project to support and invoke the Melaka’s aspiration and slogan “Melakaku Maju Jaya Rakyat Bahagia Menggamit Dunia“. The event was launched by the Melaka Chief Minister; YAB Datuk Seri Utama Haji Sulaiman bin Mal Ali on 15th September 2020 at Ames Hotel, Melaka.
